A43 is looking for a Senior Architect with experience in the development of Execution Projects and Construction Supervision.

We are seeking efficient professionals with strong reporting skills and a client-oriented mindset.

For this role, it is essential to have strong problem-solving abilities, a willingness to research and develop concepts, and effective time management skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of each project, from concept design focused on execution to construction supervision;
• Produce drawings from initial sketches to REVIT models;
• Develop design concepts and project presentations;
• Develop detailed construction drawings and technical specifications;
• Ensure adherence to project timelines in line with established guidelines and milestones;
• Communicate with clients.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural projects, or demonstration of the required technical level;
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Strong interest and experience in construction development/building materialization (mandatory requirement);
• Proficiency in REVIT (mandatory requirement);
• Motivation to deliver high-quality results within deadlines;
• Integrity – honesty, openness, ethics, and fairness in professional relationships;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align with client needs;
• Strong organizational and task planning abilities;
• Positive attitude towards challenges.

Preferred qualifications and skills:

• Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• Valid driver’s license;
• Any other qualifications deemed relevant by the candidate.
